Pops said, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Son says, “There’s always a better way.” In between these two attitudes is where our story begins. In 2015, Chef Adam Rosenblum’s American Burger put San Francisco in the national spotlight for best burger. Needless to say, a cult following soon formed and burger lovers everywhere begged for a new kind of burger joint. That’s exactly what we did. Son said, “Our time has come.” Pops replied, “Finally.”

Popsons burgers are expertly composed. The recipes were taste-tested many times. All the ingredients that made it into your burger are in season (hi-five, mother nature). We’ve partnered with Five Dot Ranch for California’s best natural premium beef, 100% free of antibiotics and hormones. Our meat is butchered and ground in-house daily. No frozen patties ever, only fresh ones.

Every burger is made to order just for you. We don’t believe in standard issue burgers. No drones, no weird machinery. Check out our buns. They are made exclusively for Popsons by the good folks at Petits Pains bakery. Because they are artisans who takes pride in their craft, each bun is its own work of art. No two are exactly the same, that’s why each burger is special to us. It’s how we express love for what we do.
